Crunch … these fish fingers really are so good. You won’t want to stop at one.

Yes, I know I’m making a big claim with the recipe title but these fish fingers really are soooooooooo good.

I have to remind myself whenever I make a batch that they’re not ALL for me.

They’re also super simple to make and taste way better than the store bought version. Plus you know you’re just getting wholesome fishy goodness, rather than any nasty additives.

Fish is such a good addition to your child’s diet because it helps to support brain and eye development.

Creamy … this risotto tastes so good you won’t believe it’s healthy.

Mmmm risotto is one of my FAVOURITE dishes. This kid-friendly chicken and mushroom risotto is amazing and whilst it may be missing some normal risotto ingredients (aka wine) it tastes just as good (plus more wine for you, YAY).

Mushrooms are a great addition to any dish and an easy way to sneak in another serve of vegetables into your family’s diet. They’re high in B Vitamins, particularly niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid. They are also high in selenium – an antioxidant that helps to protect cells from damage – and potassium.

These are so delicious I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

They are the perfect combination of softness on the inside and crunch on the outside. They are also great for babies and kids to be able to hold onto and feed themselves.
